Alan

Alan was being shut out of the job market because of a felony conviction. Urban Ventures found him a full-time job with benefits. After a year on the job, Alan was promoted to supervisor, he got married, and his family purchased their first home.

"I’ve been in prison 12 of the last 15 years. Urban Ventures believed in me, helped me strengthen my character. Now I know there is a better way to get ahead than selling drugs."
